What happens after you book a shipment:

Step 1

Our operations team receives the booking

Once you book on our platform, you will upload the necessary documents to finalize the shipment. Our operations team will look through the documentation you provided, reach out to you for any clarifications, and then coordinate the shipment with the freight forwarders in our network.

STEP 2

Your shipment is picked up from the factory

If you requested pickup service, we will coordinate with your factory to come and pick up your goods and will immediately start processing delivery of your shipment

Step 3

Your shipment is taken to the air/sea port, and pass through customs

We’ll arrange for transportation to the port of export, and ensure all the necessary paperwork is handled to get your goods through customs!

STEP 4

Your shipment arrives at the destination port

We’ll handle getting your goods through import customs, and arrange for your goods to be picked up and taken to your requested destination, and work with your delivery contact to ensure a smooth transaction!
